UN eParticipation Indexで第１位。 皆さんありがとう！（First place in the UN eParticipation Index. Thank you all!）
国連電子政府ランキングが9月28日に公開されました。その4部門のうちのオープンガバメントに関する部門で1位になりました。
これは、データを公開してくれた政府や自治体の職員、対話型サイトであるアイデアボックスなどに参加してくださった皆さん、SNSを活用している政府や自治体の職員、SNSのフォロワー、そしてCivicTech等に参加している皆さんの力によってとった評価です。
他の部門と違ってeParticipationの部門は、政府、自治体、市民の一体となった取り組みが必要です。日本の社会全体の取り組みが評価されたことがうれしいです。
日本の取り組みは、情報発信、対話、意思決定の全体がバランスよく評価されています。
オープンデータの公開が十分ではないとか、いろんな意見はあると思います。そのようなご意見を受け止めて改善を図っていくのもオープンガバメントの重要なプロセスです。
これからも皆さんと一緒にeParticipationを実感できる取り組みを進めていきたいので、今後とも、よろしくお願いいたします。

First place in the UN eParticipation Index. Thank you all!
The UN e-government survey 2022 were published on 28 September. Among its four categories, we were ranked first in the survey on open government and open data.
This rating was taken by the government and local government officials who made their data public, by everyone who participated in interactive websites such as Idea Box, by government and local government officials who use social networking sites, by social networking followers and by everyone who participates in CivicTech and other initiatives.
eParticipation requires a concerted effort by the government, local authorities and citizens. I am glad that the efforts of Japanese society as a whole have been recognised.
Japan's efforts have been assessed as a whole, with a good balance between information dissemination, dialogue and decision-making.
There are many opinions in Japan, such as that open data is not sufficiently publicised. It is also an essential process of open government to accept such opinions and make improvements.
We would like to continue working with you to make e-Participation a reality, and we look forward to your continued support.
